Hey there, girls! How are you? We hope you are enjoying your summer. Ready to cool off? For our monthly activity, we are planning to go swimming this month. Since we live in a desert and won’t be able to head to the nearest beach to catch some waves and rays, Rebekah’s community pool will have to do. Our next get together is Saturday, June 18, 2005 from 6:00-8:00 pm. Rebekah will head up our discussion about chapters two to four ("Satan's Big Fat Sex Lies: Learning to Recognize the Truth, Resisting the Lure to Sin, and Hiding Behind the Fig Leaves") from the book And the Bride Wore White: Seven Secrets to Sexual Purity by Dannah Gresh. You may want to purchase a notebook, as we will maintain a prayer journal.
We will go swimming afterwards. Be sure to bring your swimsuit and a towel if you plan to take a dive! Refreshments will be provided. For additional information, please contact us. Feel free to bring a friend, and we hope to see you there!
Next month, July 16th, Deborah will discuss chapters five to six (“Breakin’ Up Is Hard to Do: Breaking Off Sinful Relationships in Three Steps” and ”Secret #1: Purity is a Process”). Next month’s activity will be announced at June’s meeting.

Last month, Natalie discussed chapter one ("And the Bride Wore White: Deciding to Live a Lifestyle of Purity”) as our introduction to And the Bride Wore White: Seven Secrets to Sexual Purity. We had a Hawaiian Luau for our monthly activity afterwards.
